Great News! New Mortgage Lead Form is Live!

    Good afternoon Community!

I am really pleased to be able to join this thread with some very positive news ... This morning Moneysupermarket.com have launched a new Mortgage lead form which we have been developing with them over the past few months.  Not only has the look and feel of the mortgage lead form changed but we are now making it much clearer that an adviser will be in touch to offer advice.

On top of that you will notice that we have help text on each field in the form, this explains what information should be entered into that field which will hopefully provide better guidance to the consumer.

You can view a copy of the lead form in the News Bulletin that you will receive today.

    and thats not all ...

The amount of information we give to the consumer when we confirm who will be contacting them has been increased.  Your new client will be provided with sufficient information to contact you directly if they wish, so you may actually receive a call from them before you dial their number. (although I would hope that you will be right on the ball and just about to pick up the phone - this definately isn't a reason to be any less proactive in ensuring you contact your customer as soon as you get the lead)

We are also improving the stage of the enquiry by using a confirmation page instead of a pop-up box (which previoulsy could have been blocked by a pop-up blocker).  This will greatly increase the number of consumers who actually see the confirmation page and their familiarity with you when you call them.

You will shortly receive an email confirming the details that will be dsiplayed to your new customers. Please check your information carefully as this is the information which will appear on the confirmation page after the consumer has submitted their details.  If you have any changes please contact your acccount management team immediately or use the 'call me' function to request a call back.

We are hoping to see the same results as we did with the Term lead form and if our predictions are right there will be a significant increase in the number of Moneysupermarket.com mortgage leads and in the customers understanding of what will happen next. Great news all round!

We're really interested to hear your feedback on the new lead form either via the community, your account manager or if you prefer you can email me directly at hannah.skenfield@paaleads.com

    Best Regards, Hannah
